Self-Love starts with Self-Accountability, it's not anyone else's responsibility for our happiness and how we show up daily.
1. Do you take Me-Time to Reflect? Taking time out for Daily Reflection, to be alone for deep quiet introspection is valuable and a much needed form of Self-Love.
2. How do you talk to yourself? Your Sef-Talk and how you dialogue with yourself is very important. Are you kind to you or do you talk down to yourself calling yourself names like stupid or idiot or I can't do anything right? Positive self-talk is a big key to living your best life!
3. How do you treat yourself? People high in self-love nourish themselves daily through healthy activities, hydrating, eating healthy, exercise, proper sleep, intimacy, healthy social interactions with genuine friendships or people who bring value to your life.
4. How do you allow others to treat you? Ask yourself, is it really healthy to allow people to take advantage of me? Are you a people pleaser who does not enforce healthy boundaries? Do you lend money when you can't afford too? Do you put other people first and yourself last? Am I giving my time and energy, when I haven't got it to give? Having healthy boundaries and learning to say no, is a form of Self-Love.
