TRAUMA AND LIMITED BELIEFS

The two factors that can hold you back from achieving your goals, realizing your full potential, and significantly impacting your success are Trauma and limited beliefs.

It's important to note that not everyone who experiences trauma will develop limited beliefs and not all limited beliefs are related to Trauma.

Trauma can lead to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and limited beliefs, shake a person's sense of safety, security, and trust in the world around them. The nervous system may be in constant flight or flight, they may have flashbacks or triggers.

Limited Beliefs are negative beliefs or attitudes that persons hold about themselves or the world around them and can be formed by experiences, upbringing, culture or societal influences, and other factors causing self-doubt, fear, or other negative emotions that are deeply ingrained and challenging to overcome.

We all have limiting beliefs, but most of us are not aware of them because they work in the subconscious level and we are not conscious of them.

You will never reach your goals if you don't know what your limiting beliefs are.

Even if you have the perfect goal-setting system and your disciplined, you will definitely have a hard time reaching your goals. The reson is all of us, have self-limiting beliefs that keep us from living the life we desire.

Until you have sorted out all the limited beliefs that stop you from reaching your goals, it will be very hard if not impossible to reach your goals.
